company is service based company.
my current title is senior analyst but they want to make me manager.
they are skipping tech lead and team lead positions.
they are ready to change 5 days working from earlier 6 days working.
they are asking me my expectations.
we are on client location and there is no one above us. Also team is not technically sound.FSS

I have offer of 27.5 from Nagarro (client to be decided yet) and 30 from HCL Technologies (apple client and work location also apple) and 26 from Netcracker Technology Corp. maybe with some joining bonus. It depends on what kind of cw you are. Lower funnel? Toast. But AI is terrible at original thinking. Stunts and unique campaign ideas are safe.
Let’s hope! I think it’s maybe more that I’m accurately estimating how little higher-end creativity makes up the collective balance sheet (and jobs) of the agency world. “Great ads” has never been more than a single-digit percentage of the total work that gets bought and made. That’s a lot of jobs at risk.

COPY - LLM’s can already produce dozens of variations in minutes - a human just needs to pick the one they want
STRAT - again, LLM’s can already produce dozens of variable pitches to for a human to choose from in minutes.
ART - Generative AI can already produce dozens of alternatives for a human to pick from in minutes (are you seeing the pattern yet?) - and it’s getting much better at consistently producing specific requested changes or versioning design specs.
PROJECT Management - this is going to take time since creating dynamic agentic workflows that understand how to react to sloppy external pressures or changes is complex. It can and will be done, but it’s more complex and agencies are slow so it’ll just take longer.
ACCOUNT - will be tied with PM - yes some clients want to have a human conversation - but only for now - once it’s demonstrably consistent and effective, clients will start to shift their behaviors. Just like self-checkout at grocery stores. Also, this is one of the few positions that I think humans will have some leverage to keep themselves employed for a while by sheer hubris alone. Executives will replace everyone else before they take the hit.
