So I've been at a place that doesn't really believe in titles. I've risen the ranks and have been doing ACD work there for almost 3 years (winning pitches, overseeing juniors, etc..) with no promotion because the position doesn't exist. I feel like this is going to really hurt my chances at getting an ACD role somewhere else. Am I right to worry?

Hi all. I'm new here, still trying to figure things out. 17 years experience in litigation insurance defense seeking preferably a remote position, but open to hybrid in ATL.

I feel like all of my friends who work in tech are very open about their starting salaries and the increases each year. I am going to work in public accounting and I feel like when I look up how much I will make after being promoted or early promoted it’s very cryptic. Can anyone tell me the standard salary % increase in PA after your first, second, third promotion?
