McKinsey & Company How likely is McKinsey to rescind an offer if there's a recession/downturn before my start date? Received an Associate offer with a start date early in the Fall. But I'm worried about the offer being rescinded due to the ongoing McK scandals/issues and a potential recession in the making (which may prompt them to freeze hiring and/or renege offers).
Has this happened to anyone before at McKinsey, offer getting rescinded due to economic/company downturn? A bit worried

Your plan does not have Rollover? Ask, but it should at least have the Grace Period which gives you until March 15 to use the funds and May 31 to provide the documentation for the expense.
Two options to consider on using FSA dollars:
Visit FSAStore.com. You can peruse the items for sale to get ideas on what you can spend FSA money on. But buy elsewhere…their prices tend to be slightly high. An alternative would be Amazon. They also have an FSA section on their site.
Second, you might consider glasses or contacts at the turn of the year (if you wear them). Vision benefits “usually” start over on the first day of the new plan year. You could preemptively get new gear at the beginning of the year if you are confident your eyesight will not change.

Condoms/family planning stuff
Get someone to write you a prescription for “medical massage”
This, or if you have any soreness or stiffness, or anything at all, or lingering pain from a prior injury, find a massage therapist that accepts this payment and is sports medicine focused
Humidifier.
Massage.
Last minute dental appointment.
Pop into warby Parker for prescription sunglasses.
