So I've got a few decades of experience, multiple awards, bragging rights to a few major brand designs, and took a job with a tiny company that was struggling. In 4 years, its a multi-million dollar company due to my input as the Art and Marketing Director. It gets bought out and instantly starts the decline to the point the company had to close.
Now I'm looking for a job.

I've recieved an offer from Morgan Stanley, my previous salary was around 6 Lpa and last offered was around 15 Lpa (WFH), I quoted 40 to 45% on top of that around 22 Lpa considering Mumbai location, WFO and Glassdoor pay range.
Did I just do a mistake by quoting too high a number? Please let me know your opinions.
