Societe general is not an employee friendly company. Their work culture is too hectic. Leave about the hike and recognition, they don't allow you to take your own leave. If you're taking that also counted as a performance issue.
People who are taking more leaves in the team will there in the PIP least. PIP is a way to torcher employees.
It's disaster to work in this company.

Been welding for my company for 13+ yrs and I think it’s time for a change. The culture has completely changed and became toxic.
