Some users just love to cause conflict without crossing over the TOS and it’s exhausting. Why are some people so miserable?

Oh man, yeah I can't stand this. They clearly know they are being awful or they wouldn't know just when to stop. I have had to work very hard to exercise boundaries without being insulting, but sometimes it helps to give them a wink that you know what they're up to.

They want us to be miserable as well. If they cannot make their situation any better, then might as well drag others. I've seen enough of them already.

Well, we really don't know. I can't stand something like this.

You need to have a lot of patience, OP. Users like them will make things even worse if they find your weakness. Don't let this happen.

Oh yeah! They are more than miserable. I try not to fall into their trap.

You will get used to them, OP. But you should also let them know that you are aware of what they are doing.

Hi!

I recently did a job interview and I made it clear to the HR my expectation salary is 60k a year, non negotiable.
Today I got the job offer and they are offering me 54k. My current company is making me 50k with tons of benefits which is why I am asking for 60k.

Should I accept the offer or renegotiate?
