Hello people, how common is a Amazon to PWC move ?
I’m interviewing for a Senior Associate role and TC seems to be more competitive than role in L5.
TC $114k- Base AMZ- $73k +$38kstocks ( vesting 17k$ due next year)
TC $135k Base PWC -$81$ + Bonuses ( 50k$)
Looking for managerial skills which the PWC role avails, and L6 promo doesn’t seem to be happening soon in current role. I’m also mentally stretched. I hear WLB in PWC is just as busy but can anyone confirm if this move makes any sense. Google Amazon

Hey folks
I got a call from TCS to interview for a new unit formed within org with the name of Business Transformation Group as per new org restructuring. Anyone from TCS who can help to understand more about this?
Does it cater to only niche technologies or how does this actually function?

What?!? Why would you ever use those? Just crowdsource on here for opinions.
Shittt I'll edit it for you for $20
What are you writing that is costing you 1k?
try networking.
Submitting a resume hasn't worked for me in over 20 years.

How are you applying for jobs? Are you applying online? That’s the hardest way and least likely to produce interviews. I would recommend networking, getting referrals or working with recruiters to start.
Man I’ll review it for free! Don’t waste your money
The firms charging $1,000 should tell you that it’s a waste of money at your career level (mine as well - I’m not talking down). I have good friends who are global directors and VPs/Presidents at massive companies, and they are the ones who benefit from those kinds of services. Us lowly consultants just need to bounce things off of peers.
How have you spent that much already?
Have you tried something like jobscan to help you get through ATS systems?
I had a case coach and he spent a session on my resume. So I get paying some but 1k is a lot. Also part of the reason for me hiring him was he gave me access to his network. Dm if you want his info but seems like you already spent a lot

I disagree with that statement, resumes can easily do the trick
Improve your LinkedIn, change little things frequently (every couple of days even if it is adding a word and removing it two days later) and pay for premium rather than spending tons on resume services.
Why on earth would you do that.
