Know your must haves and check the little things:
1. Run the water in all showers for more than 1min to see if there is sputtering or pressure fluctuations. (Signs of potential leaks)
2. Be prepared for rate changes in a negative way (better to be prepared than lose a deal)
3. Walk the neighborhood (helps get a sense of what neighbors may be like)
4. If the washer and dryer look older put a damp (not soaked) towel in on the 20min cycle and see if it will actually dry it. Would honestly now run a plate through the dishwasher as well (major appliance replacement can add up fast)
5. Have a termite inspection if not already included.
6. Once going forward the in a deal check in with the title company and confirm how the closing will occur. Have had some that are so easy and virtual and others that make you go to their office and will not do virtual.
That's all super solid advice. The only thing I would add is to your #1, turn on all the water at the same time to pressure test your supply and drainage. Thanks!
