They once told me $150K TC (including RSU), and of course I turned it down🤨

Now they are back for another Sr PgM role and asking what your TC expectation is!

Recently my company has added a new component in salary which has increased overall CTC of every employee.


We've not received any revised salary breakup only an official email stating everyone's CTC is increased. Started receiving salary based on the updated CTC.


When trying to make a switch, new firm is asking for revised salary breakup but I've shared the email screenshot along with my salary slips showing my increased salary. But HR said she needs updated salary breakup.

Has anyone asked for a promotion recently? I know in these times of layoffs and pay cuts it’s hard, but i have really stepped up in my role recently. I would love to hear anyone’s experience in starting the conversation. Any advice would be extremely helpful!

My sister works at a company that is so backward and toxic it scares me. They didn’t have Skype before the pandemic and now use Zoom. She’s trying to get a laptop to WFH with b/c the one that they issued her is from 2005 and is a nightmare to work with, but her boss wants to save money and get her a desktop instead of a laptop b/c they won’t be working from home after COVID. However, he has no problem ordering the newest equipment and WFH himself even before COVID. All I gotta say is toxic.

Hi All, I have just joined TCS.. Only 6 months... I have also cleared multi label client technical rounds and just onboarded for that prestigious client project.... In the meantime I got a very good offer outside TCS and and I have resigned also :)
