The number of the alumni and current students that go to top consulting firms FT& summer intern are countless even for a small class size.
Stern is way more than a finance school. Given its location, do you want to spend your 2 years in a rural area or heart of Manhattan? Location is almost everything for business school. (I have a friend in Cornell that frequently travels about 5 hours to NYC for events.)

Hi Fishes, I've 2.25 Years of experience in SAP Basis, but I've lost interest in the same due to not receiving proper training, inability to practice on customer's system and shifts. I'm looking forward to go for MBA/changing technology, which one would be a better option? I also have my AWS CCP and will be sitting for the Solutions Architect soon as well. Currently not doing security stuff at work but would love to keep my skills going. I was hoping one of these next certs will help me finally break into a security role and love the idea of pentesting but not sure if the CySA+ is more beneficial.

I joined pwc last month, and absolutely hating it here. Each weekend has been working, 12-15 hours work day is minimum expectation. And there's extreme hierarchy, where even after you spend 24 hours working on something, the director decides he wants something completely different and you delete and restart. (Note that you request them to review and give their pov earlier on, but they never take the time out)

What do you do to fight burnout? Got a raise yesterday and will get another in September, for dealing with a lot of stuff, but I can't shake the burnout.

I regret not applying to Harvard. I never thought I’d get into a top school and then got into wharton with a 100k fellowship - which changed my entire perspective. It sucks thinking “what if…”. I just didn’t have the confidence and thought wharton was a reach so why bother with H/S 🙃 hope this inspires someone to just shoot their shot - you never know

I only applied and was accepted to one deferred MBA program (Darden) my senior year. It comes with a $30k scholarship, but at this point I only find an MBA to be worth it if it’s mostly covered. I have a 710 gmat that’s good for a couple more years, is it worth retaking to see if I could be eligible for more scholarships? At that point, should I just apply to more schools if I retake?

Did you use admissions consultants? Who was it and was he/she worth it? Advice on selecting one?
