started one year ago in a specialty as a medical assistant, and I thought I was going to be happy in it, but unfortunately it took turn of events at one year later. It started off somewhat welcoming from almost all my coworkers except for one I seem to brushed it off The differences between us because I was pretty new still and I did not want to be very vocal and come off as a problematic person over time.

Any advice on transitioning from medical sales to tech sales. I’ve been a top performing rep (ranked first and second) two out of the last three years at my current company and was top 5% at my previous company. I had my resume optimized and am getting rejected left and right even by healthcare tech and I’m not sure why. Any info or leads would be greatly appreciated!

Was contacted by a sourcer for a big 4 firm. Five minutes into the conversation about my background she says we can’t move forward because it would be a conflict of interest since I sub for that company. Is there a way to get around this or perhaps a cooling off period? Thanks in advance.

How would you handle not getting a lunch break when you are a salaried employee treating patients for 40 hours a week? I don’t get documentation time either, but all notes are to be completed the same day. Some of us have reached out to HR and we’re told to discuss it with the regional director, but the regional director says we’d have to come in early or leave late to block out a lunch break. My commute is an hour each way, so I’d prefer not to make my day any longer. Advice?
