I have created Algorithmic Product/System for the client to take out inventory not-in-demand for long time to save storage expense and also provide an approach to prioritize Work Orders based on Market Demand. For those of you who made the switch to in house/corporate law, what was your experience like? Did you have to take a lower position to gain the experience or were you able to argue that your soft skills were transferable to in house? I’ve been in litigation for 15 years and I’m looking to make the switch. Ultimately, I’d like to get into Legal Ops, but feel getting some in house experience first would be beneficial.

Has anybody else experienced (what seems like) irreversible physical damage from working long hours? I worked about a month of 19 hour days 2 years ago (this was the peak of the season where I worked at least 12 hours a day) and my facial skin hasn't really recovered and the experience really aged me.
