We are fully remote first across the firm. Note that’s limited to the continental US, but you can live wherever you want as long as you’re willing to travel if there’s a need.
Sorry for the multiple questions. If I am 6 months experience, should I apply through the new hire application or the experienced associate?
I don’t really understand your question. You don’t want to be asked to work in a local office but are ok traveling every week? If that’s the case, that’s not a thing lol, you can’t pick and choose what kind of in person you want (particularly this direction, if it were the opposite and you said you didn’t want to travel we could work with that).
In general you are either a regular employee, go wherever we tell you to, or you are designated virtual, which is 3 days per month in person.
Yeah its a fully remote job, I didnt live near my home office even pre covid, id just tell peole it wasnt possible for me.
I appreciate the comments!! Would anyone be willing to give a referral to strategy &? I really like the remote policy and the company.
I think entry level hiring is frozen at the moment due to campus recruiting start dates.
Is it worth trying to apply for experienced hire then?
