We love the VW Atlas. Have 3 across in the middle and back available for friends or gear

like

Atlas has been great. We went for the 2nd row bucket seats but when we don’t need the 3rd row lots of storage for trips.

Get an Odyssey. Way better for kids than any SUV due to sliding doors and low entry height.
My wife’s friends with Denalis and Escalades all comment on how much they like hers and will get that next time. Also the Elite version we have is $30k cheaper.
Downside is no 4WD and people who think there is some sort of stigma to minivans.

Yea, going up a icy slope in a FWD sucks. You end up floating with your front tires.

Lincoln Navigator / Aviator, New Cadillac Escalade. Ford Expedition is also nice, but does not have the luxury branding.
Lexus GX /LX are spacious, but are dated approaching end of model year.
Volvo XC 90 has 3 rows.
VW atlas has a functional 3rd row, but lacks the luxury badge.
Mercedes GLS and BMW X7 have 3 rows, but not functional for a long road trip

Check out the new Mercedes GLE or GLS.
Test drove a GLE 350 and it handled well for the size. The GLS looks beautiful but haven’t driven it.
I also like Audi’s models.

BMW X7

like

This is it - 3rd row can fit 2 adults comfortably. Get the M50i and 0-60 is sub 4.5 sec. Most enjoyable drive for a family hauler. I’ve got a X5 now and this will be my next vehicle.

like

Here’s the test: you need to accommodate two cars seats, 2 guests (otherwise third row is a waste), a double stroller, a cooler/groceries and suitcases. A Q7 or model X are not even close to have adequate utility,

Lincoln Navigator or 2021 Escalade

like

My family had a 1995 suburban when I was growing up. It’s the perfect family car.

like

I have a Model 3 and my wife has a Volvo XC90. We got it because the third row is larger than competitors. Three teenagers, you know?

like

I love the Scandinavian design of the XC90. Might look into this!

like

Audi Q7

funny

Not to mention there’s zero storage in a Q7.

Model X, 100% recommend.

like

Extended Escalade hands down. Real third row, trunk space and able to tow. Potential alternatives are the large Lincoln Navigator which I understand has improved since we got our Escalade in 2016.

like

Acura MDX. Have one and love it. Own a model 3 on the side as well and they complement each other nicely

like

Loved roadtrips in my family’s MDX growing up compared to our XC90 which had the shittiest third row seats

The new Tahoe’s look awesome for this.

like

Hands down minivan if you are trying to fit car seats and strollers. Some of the technology packages in minivan are great, like in seat TV screens, charging options etc etc.

like

Model X

M5 ?

Genesis GV80

The maserati SUV is sweet looking

Model X or Volvo XC90

Yeah the old ones were HORRIBLE, the redesign was well done

Model X. For sure.

What should they be ready to talk about? CLINs, GSAs, color team reviews etc.? Would anyone have insights on this? Much appreciated!
