CTS: pay variable pay at once a year at Feb. Any employee leaving in between has to forgo the variable pay. Give rating in Jan,feb and hike in June.
WIPRO: gives rating in April and hike in September making employees to stay if they want hike.
Infosys: esops in phased manner. Thereby increasing stay and underpaying the employee.
they give media advertisement stating quarterly promotion and double digit hike.

I'll be completing 24 months at level12 on sept 30.

Nagarro offering 27 max and 3lakh joining bonus.

HCL Technologies Hi fishes, HCL is recovering retention bonus from employees if employee resignes. I got retention bonus in sept 21 after deducting TDS and I resigned in nov 21. Offer letter mentioned recovery of joining bonus if separation before 1 year. If i resign now ,my lwd is beyond 1year since I joined 10 months back. Which date will be considered here? Day of separation filing or actual lwd .
Also Can one can revoke separation at a later stage?
