I checked with few of my connections, they saying I will be mostly allocated to Salesforce industries (Vlocity) project. Please suggest about the team structure and work life balance for this role.
and also in future, is it possible to apply for IJP in Salesforce ?
Please provide your thoughts on this.

I was in a similar position and chose Google. You’ll likely get a higher comp at Google for years 1-5 of your move, but year 5+ in consulting will be far higher comp trajectory (assuming that’s when you’ll be hitting partner level). Career progression at Google will likely be slower and the opportunities at higher levels are more scarce.
Yeah I’m not sure how it is across all B4s but my old B4 was practically guaranteed you double your comp from yr1 to yr5 in the partnership. Even the senior lvl engineers aren’t doubling their comp as often at those higher levels (think how long it would take for an L7 engineer to double their comp? If they ever even can do it)..
I switched from a SM B4 role to an associate type role in MBB - with the sentiment that I was switching from a country road onto the highway - yeah you slow down at first, but if you accelerate, you’ll go quicker much faster.
So far it’s paid off - very much depends on how you view the role at google!

You can take the job at google and hop to another FAANG.
If you want to work in tech, take the google offer now. If it’s just about long term pay, consulting partners make more.
Hold. SM at 30 at B4?? Teach me your ways
Director at 30 here
I don’t feel all that special, but talking and networking to the right partners definitely helps
What are comp differences? It’s tough to turn down SM that early in your career
Still in talks but it looks like Google will be more due to RSUs and other goodies. It’s more of the title game at this point.
SM, just coz of the career progression. Partner at 35 means you'll make practically every leadership level if you're up for it. But this is also the only time when you can switch to tech or product side in your life so choose carefully.
