Hi everyone, I am looking for a new opportunity in healthcare consulting or operations. I have 7 years of healthcare experience. Education: MPA - Healthcare admin, CPHQ, working on LSSGB. I have expertise in quality improvement/management, gap closing strategies, provider education and process improvement (workflow wizard). I have been looking for my next step to no avail. Whenever i have a big deadline, my body goes into a panic mode where my energy immediately goes to figuring out how I’ll get something done well and on time. Citi bank- 3277000 fixed

Mastercard- 308000(including 2.80lakhs variable)

I am really confused between these two companies, I heard WLB is very good in Mastercard, but again their salary difference is too much.

For the first time in my life, I know what I’m supposed to do at my job, with relationships around me and it’s all because the enormous sense of anxiety I used to experience evaporated during quarantine. I didn’t know that I lived with so much anxiety that it crippled me. I didn’t know I needed this time to myself.
