I got a call from DXC for senior Java developer position in Bucharest (Romania). They have mentioned a pay scale of 17k to 18k RON per month after tax cutting
If i got selected I am planning to move with my family.
Will there be any savings and what would be cost of living for a 3 member family there.

If your current job isn't fully remote, and you value this aspect, that alone would be the reason to switch.
That’s tough...also consider that really liking your co-workers and having WLB is rare.

Doesn’t matter so long as it’s not an pattern on the resume. Take the job. Explain it away as not a good fit once you joined. If it’s years ago, especially 5+, it likely won’t even be noticed leave alone a concern. Enjoy the remote life! It’s great, especially if it comes with a pay bump. Win win!
Unless the new gig is a dream gig, I’m not sure the pros you’ve given outweigh the pros you’d be leaving. Not sure if you get offers or recruiters always reaching out but it’s pretty common and good people/teams are less easy to find. Do what you think is best but this new gig doesn’t seem like it’s lightyears better

Is $5K life changing money for you? For me the cut line to move is 30%.
For me full remote was worth $25K minimum. You need to do your own calculation.
I would be careful about factoring "potential" career growth. I would want something a little more firm to move.
Good culture and good people is a big deal. But so is cold hard cash.
