Thai-inspired shrimp/fishcakes

Whizzed up the salmon & ⅓ of the shrimp into a paste with the cilantro, chili, chives, fresh ginger, fresh garlic, salt, white pepper, baking powder, other ingredients. Dumped into a bowl. Whizzed up the rest of the shrimp and added to bowl. Mixed together. Dropped heaping tablespoon into a small bowl of panko breadcrumbs and coated. Flattened into patties and shallow fried until GBD. Dipping sauce fish sauce, vinegar, lime juice, water, chili, & sugar.

Anyone watching 90 Day fiance - Before the 90 days?

Recently, i was "promoted" or, I should say, my title was changed to the next ring up the ladder. As a part of this, I went from reporting to Senior Management, to Junior Management. The Jr. Manager has good intentions, but, is not helpful. I've worked at the company longer, have accomplished more across multiple lines of business and have a much stronger internal network. Am I overreacting thinking this is a major slight that will ultimately slow down my growth within the company?

Applying to roles within the same federal agency. I know you need one year within the probationary period, but can I apply to a higher GS level? For example, if I'm GS 9, receive a promotion to GS 11 at the end of probation, would i be able to apply to GS 13 roles if I'm qualified? Tried researching this for hours but only found info on applying to other agencies.
