I have done 3 rounds of interviews in Wells Fargo for Senior Software Engineer. The HR who is coordinating the interviews told final Hiring Manager round is pending. I have done Client interview on 26th Nov. What next and what will be the further process?

I’m a second year BigLaw associate that pays market. I was offered the position at a modified salary and hourly expectation due to their expected work flow needs. I’m wondering what is the best way to approach the topic of getting on the full salary/hours. Do I wait until the bonuses are given at the end of my first year? Or bring it up at mid-year review? I won’t have any problem meeting my hourly so I’m starting to think I’m being underpaid. I’ve been reading on here that not meeting

Is it crazy to leave my job at EY to take a lower paying position in industry? I'm a recently promoted tax manager making about 140k. I've been considering going to industry for a while, gotten a couple offers, but they're all pretty low (<$120k). Honestly, the $20k difference isn't that much, but I've also been considering taking job that pay maybe $90k and doing work on the side (my own "firm"). It's a great company, awesome culture, good benefits, flexibility, but the pay is not great ($60K/yr).
