Any advice on shifting towards the manager role? I’m finding it hard to maintain focus and energy with IM questions (interruptions) from the team and others and with reviewing / driving progress on the parts of my project scope that I enjoy doing less myself to begin with ?

How is BNP Paribas as a company for a senior BA with yoe 6 years ? Heard a lot about good WLB , but also got to know that yearly hikes are not good enough. Are all this factor depends on your team which I will be joining ? Is it worth choosing BNP Paribas over Big4 like PwC and EY ?

Promoted every year. Dont have that much in the way of ECs. Im a white male (eastern europe descent) if that changes anything. Any input helps!!

How would you recommend tackling a middle manager bad mouthing to team members and seniors despite having left the job? I worked as a consultant at a globally reputed firm but with a terrible, mind draining team culture — now the middle manager is bad mouthing and of course not communicating her inability to manage her own time, leading to work calls at 10 pm in night and abusive language at work.

I'm a cashier. We just got a new manager, and she's making things really hard for us. She starts work at 4:30am and leaves around 2:30pm, but she still expects us to stay until 6pm and work on the weekends! She gives us really long shifts and doesn't give us much time for breaks. And when we ask her about it, she gets mad.

I'm worried that if I speak up, she'll make my life even harder. I don't want to lose my job because of this—do you guys have any advice?

Welcome! Candidate Experience can and will impact your bottom line. Let's talk about how to elevate your Candidate Experience.

Defining factors of Candidate Experience are when a candidate has a good experience they are:
More willing to apply again
Willing to refer others to apply
Increase their relationship with your company

One thing we've been getting a lot of feedback about is recruiter "ghosting". While we try to avoid having anyone feel like they're not being communicated with, sometimes emails end up in spam folders, and sometimes things just take longer than expected. Has anyone found a good way to help mitigate this issue?
