There was a time when I didn’t feel like living working in ZS. I hardly got the chance to talk to my family. I use to reach home at 10 p.m., eat dinner and then again work till 1am/ 2am. Employees in ZS don’t deserve this! They have a family and are human too. ZS should realise that you are paying the employees for work and not treat them as slaves. Glad that I am COed otherwise I don’t know how my mental health would have been!!

How do you approach a stinky middle school kid or their parents with hygiene suggestions? I don’t know how to politely tell anyone that they smell bad.

It’s looking like my job is gonna start asking us to return to the office. We have an open office plan and before we wfh FT I would save all my work for my telework days bc I can’t get shit done in the office. I’m having major anxiety about them making this decision. I know I’m not alone that people don’t want to return to the office. My ADHD and the open office just makes working from the office a nightmare and I’m feeling really nervous and kind of resentful.
