Thinking about doing an AWS certification. Is it worth it for a Java developer resume? Which certificate would you recommend?

Has anyone felt that they are incapable of cracking coding interview no matter how much they practice , I for eg feel I CANNOT think fast in a timed test to solve a coding problem no matter how much I practice ,it's not just my cup of tea and that leaves me with a lot of frustration .Anyone else as well ,what to do😢

I appeared for the interview for KPMG GS for the role of Associate Consultant.
So far there has been an online assessment, round 1of interview with assistant manager, round 2 of interview with the Manager.

Are there gonna be more rounds of interview..? If not, what is expected timeline they take to make the final decision..?

Which is best? A law degree or a master's in international relations? Those are where my interests lie. At Mindtree, I had only 1 technical round and submitted google form then I had ctc discussion with HR and she said that she is sending for approval.

Given number of interviews but no one are ready to give more than this even if I reach last rounds.
I am confused right now like should give some more interviews or join the unisys?

Anyone who has started up a side hustle whilst working in consulting - is it generally a good idea to let your employer know or will they make your life difficult/try to push you out if they know?
