H1, PwC pays for TSA Precheck or Global Entry. Not sure if the Corp Plat comes with the credit but if it does, we (PwC employees) aren't able to use it as we can't put personal charges on the card.
It’s a net neutral for us. If we have AmEx Platinum then we use that to pay for Pre-check and/or global entry. If we don’t then we can expense them. Seriously, the only reason to get it is if you value the lounge access. That’s it.
Where you seeing this reduced cost or is that just with PWC? I’m still paying the 450 or whatever
You just get airport lounge access, gold status at hilton and waived membership fees

The only reason I have it is because I live in the SE and fly Delta. You get access to the Delta lounges when you fly Delta. That makes it worth it to me. Nothing else is a real benefit that I’ve found.
Tsa pre check fee
H1 is right. P2, AMEX waives the TSA PRECHECK or Global Entry fee once every 4 years. So you can charge it using your Plat Amex
It’s a PwC subsidy. Not a great perk though as they strip most of the good benefits. Like I said, the lounge access is the only truly valuable thing that we can’t already expense.
EY used to comp the whole thing for frequent travelers but they did away with that a year or two back. Will still pay for Lounge Access though. Probably need to downgrade back to Amex Green but the narcissist in me is making it hard
