I'm serving Notice period and last date shall be 13th May 2022. Can someone help me understand if the bands and compensation isn't release by that date, will that be adjusted in full and final settlement?? If so, what about the components, which all shall be credited in that FFS?
Thanks in advance.

Ooh summer is going to be super hot. Does it need to be over the summer?
For Arizona in general, I was just there and absolutely loved it. Spent most of my time in the Grand Canyon and Sedona, with day trips to Flagstaff and Jerome. Highly recommend all those places. Again, would recommend choosing another time of year to go.
Agree! Would not go in July personally, but I like to hot and it is just kind of miserable then. November and April are my favorite times to visit.
Sedona is amazing. Tons to do, hiking, eating out, breweries, etc.
Highly suggest going in spring or fall. Summer will be brutal and hikes highly not recommended because of the heat. Many hikers end up getting med-evac’d due to dehydration and under preparation. I did a rim to rim hike in the spring and saw at least 3 evacs.
Wait...you want to go to Arizona in July...? In a known desert environment? I hope you've packed a lot of water because you're going to need it.
Tacking on...
You want to go to the desert... in the summer?
You crazy boyo
I personally prefer visiting Antarctica in the dead of winter or the Bahamas at the height of monsoon season.
Just went in April and even we had a hike in Saguaro where we were underprepared, ran out of water, and got slightly turned around. It ended up being fine, but it got scary for a bit. Can’t imagine doing it in peak-heat. It’s a pretty awesome state, definitely rent a car so you can explore and be prepared to drive a lot. Red rocks is nice but very busy / touristy. May be better for a day trip or an overnight. Also check out glamping near the Grand Canyon through Under Canvas. Make sure you leave a day or two to relax, we had fun but did so much driving / exploring / hiking we were exhausted by the end!

I went to Sedona and Grand Canyon for the 4th three years ago and it was like 110 degrees. They wouldn’t let people into the canyon because it was like 150 degrees with the sun reflecting down there. I didn’t care bc I was just there for the resort pool and margaritas but if you actually want to be outdoors July is not the time to go
Sedona. Zion National Park.

I’m going the week before the 4th! Flagstaff, Sedona, Grand Canyon, and page!
You should be fine then! Take a look at LVEARLY as a discount code if you go to any Caesar's resort - gave me alright discounts this time around. I think midweek padding the 4th weekend, at least at the Linq, I was seeing rooms for ~$50/night.
Like others said, prepare for really hot (but dry) heat. I am turning 30 and celebrating that same weekend in Vegas, just fyi, in the past month prices for hotel rooms have almost doubled. If you plan on booking part of your trip in Vegas, book soon!
Yeah honestly I would advise against this. The only thing to do at these places is outdoor stuff which is pretty dangerous that time of year. Wait until October or so
Do not go to Arizona in July. I’m usually there in December or January and it’s beaut, but even September can be unbearably hot still.

We go to Vegas in the summer all the time. You just need to wake up early to hike and be done by 11. We absolutely love it. Spend the afternoon indoors working or relaxing. Then do something outside in the evening. Remember to drink tons of water though if you aren’t used to the desert air. It’ll catch up with you after the first day or two.
It is hot, but i would say it is an experience in itself. I would add Antelope canyon, horseshoe bend, meteor crater, white pockets if you can. If you like to hike, try to get permits for the wave (you can do walk in lottery) or for the south. Havasu falls is another must see, but need permits.
