I have received offer from Shell and SAP labs is in final stage salary discussion. Shell is offering 6 lacs more than @SAP labs. I have tried to negotiate a lot from SAP but they are not ready. They are putting conditions like give your full commitment to join then only we'll release offer letter. I am currently looking for work life balance with growth. Focus on your communication skills. Managers of supply chains need exceptional leadership and communication abilities. This job involves working with employees and third parties in different industries, such as shipping and warehousing.
I'd say Budget Management. This is an essential part of supply chain management. Budgets are an important part of procurement. Budgeting is a skill that supply chain professionals are skilled at. You can optimize their resources using data analytics. Stagger charts and Excel spreadsheets can be used to create forecasts or set goals.
Pay attention to Data analytics. Analytics has been a key component of supply chain management in just a few years. Analytics is used to identify inefficiencies and optimize budgets. Machine learning and predictive modeling take human error from decision-making.
Communication and time management skills. Like it is always the most important skill in every industry. You should be able to convey your ideas to your subordinates and co-workers in a clear and effective manner and that's where everything will start.
Great that you want to learn and stand out, but don't be fooled into thinking that skills always trump passion and/or attitude. Someone who loves what they do and works really hard, however, tends to improve team performance overall. And any manager worth their salt knows that your team is what matters. Focusing on anything else (especially one individual who thinks themselves superior) will kill the team. There is absolutely nothing wrong with being well rounded.
You should focus on your Information technology skills.
Information technology is more than just fixing computers. This includes the use of innovative technology to enhance business capabilities.
Inventory Management skills is important. Optimizing your warehouse space is key to inventory management. This means that you can avoid holding too many goods or falling behind in shipments due to a lack of product.
Depending on your area of specialization. Excel skills ranging from intermediate to advanced can always be translated. I constantly strive for better, spend an absurd amount of time using Excel, and I also work with analytics.
If you haven't already, learn how to navigate pivot tables. I can't tell you how many interviews I've had where they've asked me whether I know how to make a pivot table. Additionally, learning from it is advantageous because all of your material is presented clearly, and you may arrange it anyway you like.
Really, Python excels at automating processes and using analytical techniques. Regardless of the industry, the statement is valid, and unlike other languages, it is not extensively applied for application development.

You need skills in data analysis. The use of analytics in supply chain management has become crucial. It permeates tasks like choosing the optimal shipping routes, managing finances, and finding production bottlenecks.
Behavioral decision making. With supply chains being the way they are these days, it’s less about already established goals and more about solving the problem with the least amount of risk. Being able to think critically independently but also communicating and working with your team on a macro level will get you far pretty quickly.
I think general supply chain management and forecasting classes were really helpful for me in college. I studied my notes before the interview for my first planning job and got asked a lot of technical questions.
I think you should focus more on your information technology and automation knowledge. Also, economics and market dynamics are equally important.
I'd say communication skills. That is if you want to explore different roles in the future. It also depends on what career path you want to take.
Data analysis - be able to work very well within spreadsheets + SQL if you can

Presentation - a lot of supply involves diluting lots of information into a few key elements so that you can get feedback and decisions out of stakeholders. Be able to make a concise slide deck around a topic quickly, and/or organize a meeting around a hot issue on the fly
