This epidemic of ghosting among recruiters, talent acquisition reps, and hiring managers has to stop! They are johnny on the spot with their communication when they like you, and then suddenly disappear without a trace if they decide to go a different direction. Just say “thanks but no thanks” instead of stringing people along or ignoring professional update requests.

Agreed. And candidates should do the same in letting the recruiter know when they don't want to move forward or aren't interested in working with them.

I am lead counsel on a case - we’re suing 3 businesses and my supervisor is a named incorporator of one of the businesses although he is not an officer. He is asking me to bring the file and meet with him about the progress of the case. How are 1st year litigation associates dealing with WFH? I’ve been having terrible anxiety/panic attacks, and pretty sure my billables wont exceed 110 for April.
