Tech Mahindra : 15.4 fixed + 1.7 variable
Deloitte : 13.7 fixed + 10% variable

Can someone please provide insights on what to go for based on their experience? Considering various scenarios like hike I may receive in future.

Anybody familiar with the Fisher Investments sales role? They give you a salary first 2 years plus commission, but the only thing that I don’t like is they no longer pay the trail on any account you open after 3 years. Just wanted to know if anyone knows anything about their program and if the FA’s are really getting THAT many leads to justify that comp plan.

4th year at a mid size PI firm. Got pulled from litigating MVAs to help this solo we hired start a med Mal/nursing home practice. 1 year in and it looks like I’m two steps backwards in terms of getting paid because we’re a year or more out from a lot of the fees hitting. I respect the solo a lot, he’s a mentor, but I’ve got kids and I gotta get paid. Trying not to burn bridges, but I can’t wait years to get cut in. Advice?
