This might be a silly question, but do all senior associate employees have the same level or job code? The range of years of work experience required is enormous, so I’m a bit confused. E.g., senior associates' required YOE can range from 4-8 and it’s odd to think they have the same level? That’s a pretty huge difference. (PS: Don’t be mean - I’m just new and super confused)

Hello everyone. I will be transitioning from the Navy soon and want to work in the cybersecurity field. I have an active secret clearance, BS in strategic intelligence, working on a masters in cybersecurity, and taking Security+ in December. No work experience in cyber, just my education and bootcamp course for Security+. Should I still apply for job that want 2-5+ years cyber experience and/or an active TS clearance?

I’m working in a large fund; market neutral public market strategy funds; am about to be recommended for a promotion to associate. Hi!! I’m an HR Coordinator currently (about two years of experience) but my job has so many responsibilities and tasks I’m beyond burnt out.
