I’m not familiar with startups but have been interviewing with one. After doing some more research through the interview process, I found where the status of the company is “debt”. Assuming this is in debt? Is this something to be worried of? Are there specific questions that I should ask through out my interview process?

Anyone have experience with a required on-site final interview for a fully remote job? I'll have already had an interview with the hiring manager and a teammate and a presentation of a case study. So with some of the team being fully remote and the role I'm interviewing for being fully remote I'm not sure what I should prepare for the on-site. Hey everyone! New to the platform. I’m in house counsel at an aerospace/AI company in CA & looking for some comprehensive, practical commercial contracts training. I’ve found a couple of useful books, but wondering if anyone in a similar position knows of any online or in person courses worthwhile. I’m one year out of law school, and a challenge of in house for me so far has been the lack of sustained and focused training in certain areas, though I know there’s no substitute for hands-on work.
