Probably depends on the market, but I’ve seen roles in the 100-150k range in places like Philly. But quick question, what did you do with all the time you saved by typing @ and not at?
Who said I’m underpaid?
The range for my position (the owner of the company showed me the range on accident once) is 200-230k. I am the head of the creative team at an agency of about 50.
Thanks, that's so helpful. Mine is around the same size but the range I'm being told is 150-200k with a potential bonus which seems too low.
$200K to maybe $225K at the very top end for mid-sized. For small agencies I’ve seen as low as like $150K. In LCOL places like Minneapolis I’ve even seen roles at $100K.
Yeah, that checks out. Hadn't seen that acronym before.
If you’re the head of the department try to find out how much profit the place is making. Off that you’ll know how much a 50k bump would eat into the profit and whether that would be a good business decision for them. Information is a weapon.
If it’s too brutal a cut, tie your bonus to profit and make sure “potential” isn’t interpreted as “optional”.

That's wild. $100k?!?
