Those who got interviewed with Barclays India - could you pls give insights how you applied and got interview call? I have so far applied for 10+ roles directly, via referrals and via recruitment firms (like others) but got 1 interview fixed which didn’t turn into offer without any reasons shared.

Pls guide on how you guys applied and how long it took for 1st interview?
Is it wise to apply multiple roles in 1 login or there’s ceiling, so create multiple ids?
Any other relevant info.?

Just got a lowball offer... sigh. Had my expectations set at $150k minimum. They’ve come in at $140k. Have a competitor about to close at $180k but like them less. Wish me luck these next few days! (Everything else is similar and $140k is only slightly better than current pay).

Top SDRs oftentimes don't sound like traditional salespeople when cold calling. They use a very casual voice tone.

Here are a few tips:

1. Avoid upward inflections at the end of sentences. This makes it sound like everything you ask is a question
2. Slow down and eliminate buzzwords. Speaking fast makes you sound nervous and less confident
3. Avoid reading from a script - internalize your message and put it into your own works so you sound like YOU!
