Thoughts on Cyber/generally working for EY vs Accenture?

I got a nice offer from EY which I have to decide on next week, meanwhile Accenture is still trying to schedule my final interview. Part of me just wants to sign with EY and say thanks to Accenture, but that’s probably mostly due to my prejudice to ACN from the shit talking on this app 😂. Can anyone shed some light on the comparative experience between these 2?

I’m thinking of starting a podcast interviewing leaders at startups about their experience with specific challenges - I know, cliche, get a more original hobby, etc.

Not looking for the narrative arc of How I Built This or Masters of Scale. Instead, looking to uncover specific problems faced by companies that tried something new for the first time. What did they not see coming, how did they adapt and measure, etc.

6 months pregnant and just laid off. And 40% of my severance was just taken in taxes .. And do they ask after joining or before joining ?
As I dont have exp letter from my 1st company (with 1.6 yoe) which was a small startup.
It was a absconding case so couldnt get any exp letter but I do have payslips, bank statements, appointment letter & last appraisal letter from that company.

I am an experienced hire. My case might just take you by surprise. I joined EY GDS 10 months back at 40% hike (leaving PwC) and now Deloitte (DIJV) is offering me 2 level up designation at Manager level with another 40% hike. This has effectively doubled my salary in the last one year bt still I am confused to switch or not considering the amazing bonuses GDS payed off today. Please suggest.

Recently I got a offer letter from TCS, my concer is on creating UAN number.

When I was pursuing my BTech at that time itself I have done some job as part time in a power plant so they have created an uan number for me. I have worked there for 2years approx after that I left. and also I withdraw all the amount from uan number.

Is it common to negotiate software engineer salary at smaller companies? I know it’s common at FAANG, but what about for companies with around 200 engineers? About to have a final round at Msft. I realized I never had a conversation with a recruiter (I was reached out to directly by a team member) to discuss logistical details (potential start date, relocation, salary expectations). It is fair for me to ask for that type of conversation before the final round, or does that seem presumptuous?
