Worst case scenario you have a good story on your resume
Do it, don't look back
You already have the vc offer?? If so absolutely. Don't hesitate for a second. You can always come back.
Do it
Can I come with you????
With a no-brainer like this, if you’re asking for validation here, I recommend you continue to be a BA! You don’t have confidence to be an entrepreneur and will probably fail!
He's saying the company has a VC offer
Thanks for the input M1, I'll keep you posted on that ;) To clarify above, I have the offer
Seriously OP do it. You don't want to look back and say you didn't at least try. Consulting will always be there.
A lot of startups fail to get VC funding to begin with
You have to do it. You can always come back to consulting. If you were able to get a Vc offer then your idea must have some chance of success. Even if it fails as a founder you are taking very little risk. If you do fail you can loop back to consulting with out much of an issue, you will have a much better story, and a better understanding of business.
