I have an experience of 11 years and getting an Offer from Flipkart as Operations Manager at Level 9. They are offering a jump of 40% to make it 28 LPA.

Is the exp vis a vis Grade Ok ?
Is the CTC ok or can i ask more ?

I'm a DevOps Engineer with 6 yoe, current CTC is 22 LPA. If I make a switch, have much I can expect. I have worked on most of the DevOps tools.

I need an assistant/paralegal. Probably part time at first. I live/work in a small city in Oklahoma, solo practice. I would like approx 10 billable hours/week (if part time) from them. What do i look for in one? Pay amount? (Most here make around $12/hour). Incentives for bonus money?

I had a hectic last three months working up to 16 hours a day due to my project. During this time I took advantage of convenient food which isn’t always the best. Now that things have died down I am having trouble switching from the less convenient food, snaking more than I should and not being as active as I was during the three months previously. Can you single out a company that you can confidently say pays very well and also has good wlb and also has good opportunities etc.?
