Hello Folks,
My LWD with current organization is on 30-Sep-2022.
I have an offer with HCl and joining date is on 3-oct-2022.
I have cleared the TCS technical and managerial round and got an email to upload the documents to proceed further with HR discussion, an I have done it yesterday.
But my priority is to go with TCS, but the doubt is will TCS provide offer or joining letter before 30-Sep-2022, because only 6 days left to complete my LWD.
Any suggestions to handle this.

Lemme just say…. I left that agency twice and the second time I was only there for 7-8months and RAN. The new CEO is trash, he mandates working from the office every MWF and not being in office will affect your potential for raises and promotions, they still underpay across all roles. Turnover is high. I could go on but do I really need to?
YESSSSS I feel you on all of that. It’s just not worth it anymore.
Your account team is far more important than the agency you are working at.
This!!
Honestly surprised they’re interviewing candidates from the outside right now. Let’s just say that there’s been some key losses that are majorly going to affect us in 2024 and unless we have a winning streak with pitches, things might be bleak for awhile.
The new business most likely needs to be staffed out of a particular office, which may not line up with the losses.
I think working on a new business account is fun. I recently transferred to another agency, but worked for Starcom for about 5 years. I personally liked it. The WFH policy is across all Publicis agencies, not just Starcom. I think all Publicis companies offer good benefits and there is usually some flexibility. Your experience really depends on your manager and team. New hires are usually paid towards the top of the salary band.
I have to disagree on this. I’ve had phone screens for several publicis agencies and they were unwilling to negotiate being at the higher end of the pay range listed on their job posting.
I enjoy Starcom personally. As a senior associate on new business you will lead several projects as the client transitions into the agency structure and roles (which I enjoy). Depending on how big your team will be, it will likely be a rat race essentially for a couple months but will settle down. I personally like working new business a ton but it’s not for everyone.
Messaged you!
Starcom does NOT promote - u will be at the same role for 2+ years
