Thoughts on the value of online cybersecurity certificate programs from Stanford, UMUC, Harvard, etc vs just normal certs like CISSP?

From consulting to investing / lending - anyone has guidance on how to make the move? I’m a consulting manager with finance experience pre-MBA. Thinking about pivoting into investing / lending but struggle to find an angle - assumed that it would be hard to break into investing but lending would be great (all the way from corporate banking to mezz). Any guidance on seeking relevant experience while in consulting?

Suggested books or resources to learn more about strategy consulting? Different analysis, acronyms, etc.

Thoughts on exiting to public finance investment banking? This is distinctly different than pure investment banking, curious to know if any of you 🐠 have exited here and what your experience is like.

I've become really jaded about consulting. I find all so often you need to tell the client what they want to hear to keep their business and I feel like so much of the what I recommend doesn't actually get implemented. I'm looking to make a career switch so I can both create and execute on my strategies. A product management path seems very promising for this.

Does anyone who switched from consulting to product management have any recommendations of h helpful PM books, courses, or programs?

I joined B4 2 years ago and now I’m a senior. This job is so hard on me mentally and physically. I had a mental breakdown in the last busy season. The only way I managed to take some time off was catching Covid. I finally reached out to mental health resources the firm offers but I keep falling into lows. Now I’m feeling mentally broken again for this spring and I don’t know if I can hang on more. Am I crazy for just wanting to quit right after 4/15 to step away from PA for a while? With no job?

So I’ve been studying for the AWS cloud practitioner certification for a month now and completed all cloud quest levels but still not feeling 100% confident. Has anyone tried the exam question dumps ? When did you know your firm wasn't right for you? I'm not sure if it's just the stress of being a new attorney with a family or if my job isn't the right fit. I work in civil litigation and am consistently below my billables. I can't stay late because my kids need me and I can't work on the weekends because I have to maintain my house and take care of my kids. I'm being constantly told to work harder, stay later, etc but it's not practical. Or am I not approaching this with the right mindset?
