Well and what I’ve noticed of salesforce is that the EA Req is continuously open so it seems like their just screening people for backup rather than actual roles, that is a hell of a lot of interviewing though. Seems like some of that could be combined or even excluded really
I totally agree. They can definitely cut back on some steps. The recruiter I spoke to didn’t know much about the executives at all and just asked about my background. I took the call to get data on my salary so it worked out for me. Surprised their interview process is that excessive
That's a lot of interviews for sure and seems a bit backwards. Usually, if they have you meet EAs or AAs, that's toward the end. I suppose it depends on how much you want the job, if you're currently working, and if you can arrange to be available for all of these.
