Thoughts on when applying for a product manager role and then the recruiter tells you they truly want to bring in someone who has product experience and so they flip your process to customer success manager? The CSM at this company makes 17% less than what my current base is..I really like the company, product and idea of stock options but taking that much of a pay cut doesn’t seem worth it to me.
