To those that work in remote positions, do you take the freedom of it to move around to different places or stay in one spot? I recently started a new job fully remote making 81k per year with the idea of living out of my car for a bit to travel the US as I am single but the cost of living like that concerns me. Any thoughts are greatly appreciated!

I finally broke down and went back on HRT last week. I have been taking gabapentin for a nerve injury which I’ve learned helps hot flashes. Get demoted and move to D? Or counter at EY? Even if EY matches my salary, and promote me to Manager, I will be an EY Manager with a Deloitte SC salary, and probably won't be able to go to D in the future. What do you think? I have built up a good relationship with my Partner and SMs at EY though.
