The only thing I lack is SQL experience. I have learnt it online, the basic queries, joins etc. This gap is hindering my chances to get an interview.

Just received an interview offer for an outpatient position at a hospital and I've interviewed and am still awaiting a decision on the inpatient position. Does that mean that I may have not been selected or that they're unaware I applied for 2 positions? Is that something I should mention or not?

After 4 weeks of 60-65 hour timesheets, I am at my wits end. I tried to look for other opportunities, but I have essentially ghosted 3 recruiters and 1 second round interview. I am embarrassed. I been at my job for three year now, for a while now I been applying for other positions within my job because I want to leave my department. I don’t feel value and appreciated. They would rather hired a new manager than promote within.
