How much yearly hike can one expect at Société Générale ?
"Depends on performance" seems to be a very vague answer.
Can someone please elaborate on a better answer.
Also, Can someone shed some light on promotions?
Is there any policy, like you have to work for X years to be eligible for promotion etc.
Thanks in advance.

@CL1.. that role is not looking for someone inexperienced. Read the description. An EA role doesn’t break someone into any field (an EA is a big difference from a PA) and no experienced film/TV producer would demote themselves to being a glorified secretary and nanny at beck and call 24/7.
That amount of pay is seriously insulting. That’s less than my Account Coordinator got paid at the cheapest agency I ever worked at when I was an Account Sup. And at least my AC only worked 40 hours a week, not expected to do 3 jobs and be available 24/7.
This is seriously disgusting. I truly hope your friend got the hell out of there and found a place that values him and his time. Poor guy.
Damn, an entire $35k for the privilege of working for Tool!!!! Where do I sign up!
Guys, this is pretty much what your AAE / account coordinators make.
Bruh *I* don’t have thorough knowledge of film and television
...just wow
OT but Richard Branson is looking for a new EA if you’re interested in working on Necker Island 😍 and traveling all over the world with him. I happened to meet one of his previous EAs and she had the most amazing stories.
The full gem of a job description...
Not joking. The guy was amazing at his job. He really did all the duties stated. Sad to see how little he was paid. In LA there are so many hungry people trying to break into the biz that they will gladly do all of this and more for that pay just to work with Tool’s roster. Not saying it’s right but that’s the reality.
That was my AAE starting salary in Minneapolis. IN 2010.
Cheap schmuck shit heads.
Read it again and caught "mid-senior" level at the end. 🤔😑
God....this is why I’m kind to them
Not sure if you are joking or not...
Client Lead, just WHO is on this Tool’s roster? If they are good enough, I’m sure I can learn how to nanny.
That’s not how you use an emdash. Excellent written communication skills, hm? 🤔
You should read director level job postings for nonprofits, asking for 8-10 years experience, M.B.A. and PhD, leading large teams, outstanding marketing everything skills, program/grant proposals/fundraising/product development and management of staff, at least bilingual, willing to travel 50% of the time, etc etc etc etc.... Salary: $50K with great vacation😒
Go get us coffee. Thennn push in the poké cart. Knew a dude who washed dishes on set for Fincher he’s not a director now. Get some scruples. Learn Davinci / after effects.
The guy that had this role was a machine. He was hopefully promoted!
@CW1.. I feel like you should just be kind to everyone.. I think what you’re describing is actually pity..
@SP 1 I actually know an amazing EA looking. She has worked with close to Branson caliber business people How would she get in touch, do you know?
@SD1 !
