Guys there’s this boot camp that I came across that trains people to get jobs in Top consulting firms and has a fee plan wherein you pay once you get placed. I just wanted to know if someone here has any experience with this ?

It's always possible, but 1 year of experience without an MBA makes it harder.
What type of Advisory work?
Experience in Digital Controllership, Analytics, or Transactions would help, but experience in compliance or audit work would be pretty useless.
Lol RIP. Try to transition into a different type of project in the next few months. Learn VBA, Python, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, etc.
Theres lots of free resources and training through Deloitte, plus, it could help you automate a lot of BS work in the meantime. It takes time to get on cool projects, but Advisory has a lot of them. In my experience, most of them wanted people who weren't "too green" so you might just have to self learn cool stuff to make moves.

Is it SAP bc same
Frankly, it isn't realistic for generalist roles. Yes, it is technically possible, but the odds are thoroughly stacked against you. That is doubly true nowadays due to less hiring and more consultants (with better backgrounds, more experience and more relevant work) on the market. Unless an MBB partner is a relative or close friend who owes you a big favor, your best bet is to work for a few years, get into a top MBA and try from there.

I know someone moved to Mck from DTT in our analytics area
I agree with M1. Generalists have a few years of experience. Maybe try for BA roles, but the better approach is spend a few years at Deloitte (at least 2 years) before applying to other firms. Going to top MBA program, will definitely improve your chances. I know folks that left Deloitte for Mckinsey, but had significant amount of work experience + MBA.
