Guys, I interviewed at amex gurgaon 10days ago and was told by VP that I will hear from HR very soon. But when I checked on HR yesterday, she said interviews are still in progress and it will take a week more to finalize.
I want to know do they take this long to close a position? This opening was posted on 30th Sep.. It's already been 1.5 months. This is when they said the position was urgent!! 🙄

I received an offer from a company I met at a career fair. The salary was less than my other two offers but the location was where I wanted to be. I think I may have made a huge mistake today. My skip level director sent out an email about something and asked us for feedback. I sent back a note and provided some. One of the things I said was that our job satisfaction might be improved if we could do more of X kind of work instead of Y kind of work that we do so much of in our group. Is this career move from SA at ACN Tech to BA at McKinsey possible? What’s a good way to achieve this? I’ve only heard of people moving there from ACN Strategy.
