Getting over heartbreak and having a full time job is torture lol. My boyfriend and I just broke up after almost a year of being together. How can I get passed cynicism?

Having struggled with visa for the past ~6 years, I have become extremely cynical. I don’t trust real friendships anymore because friends turned into competitors or got too burdened to maintain the friendships.
I feel somewhat disgusted when my coworkers or managers tried to “build rapport” with me.
I understand the value of doing so, but my repulsion inevitably showed through my apparent desire to end small talks as soon as possible.

If I wanted to be petty, assuming I haven’t signed any NDA or fine print promising secrecy, could I share this information publicly without facing legal repercussions?

The first one seemed like a good fit at first but then it turned out to not be the best place for me so I left. At my current agency I feel super undervalued. First 2 years for CSR is about to be over, and I’m looking at the value of the card against the annual fee. Combined with my other cards (Chase Freedom Unlimited & Flex) and deducting the $300 travel fee, the net benefit is $76. Is that enough to justify keeping the card? The lounge access at airports were a nice benefit, never got to use it since my client travel was through Amtrak.
