Any amazon recruiters here?
I have had received an offer from aws and i had a negotiation call a week ago with the recruiter.
It was a 15% increase in the total comp. I have not heard anything back. Should i be worried of Amazon rescinding the offer? Will they atleast come back with the original offer? Amazon

Got an interview with Amazon within their Advertising department. I hear working for Amazon can be great if you get into the right department. Anyone have insights to their advertising department? Good or bad? Also, would love some interview tips if you have them! (It’s for an Executive Assistant position) thank you!

You should do a chat with both firms but in general Trinity tends to focus a lot of their work on post-launch products. It’s a relatively slow growing firm but they have been around for long time. They make you sign (and threaten to enforce) non-competes.
For pros at ClearView, check out the recent thread on Putnam vs. ClearView.
Trinity's non-compete clauses really turned me off to them.
I live in MA, and non competes are not enforced in MA
ClearView is a hot mess these days. Trinity has been doing really well and culture seems to be better.
Non competes are generally pretty hard to enforce, especially in MA (trinitys main office) and CA (their other main office).
Thanks for the input. I’ve seen the earliest posts and are the qualms mainly around the growing pains from the PE funding, which has led to inexperienced middle management and overstaffed Analysts? Or are there other details I should be aware of.
Go to trinity - friends who work there tell me morale and culture at ClearView are horrible. Analysts in particular are miserable
Thanks for your input. Could you expand more on this? I’ve read the earlier posts, but not sure if things have changed with the heavy recruiting of Analysts to help currently overworked team members.
