Trying to break into tech… do you think its worth joining a company like Amazon doing a position I know I’m capable in but not incredibly tech related just to have Amazon on my resume for future jobs? Trying to weigh pros/cons especially given what I’ve heard work life balance wise. Final interviews coming up and I’m just stuck on this.

I've been offered for Engineering expert position at Novartis India. I've received offer letter 2 weeks back and my DOJ is updated to Mid December. I told the HR that my current company's last working day is on mid January and resend the offer letter with mid Jan as my DOJ. But they told that they can send the revised offer letter 3 weeks before the joining date.
Is this normal process? Has anyone gone through similar experience?

I received an offer from a company I met at a career fair. The salary was less than my other two offers but the location was where I wanted to be. Tried to negotiate, & they said they couldn’t negotiate higher. So I declined. I reached back out to the recruiter I met at the career fair and she said “ I thought an offer was made to you?” Told her I was interested in exploring other options. No response. Sent a follow up email w/no response. Is she ignoring me on purpose? I really like the company
