Trying to figure out next steps. I have 12 YOE in the nonprofit world working on policy with a lot of project management thrown in. I switched to consulting 3 years ago in a non-specialized PM role. I hate it. So what can I do that pays the same but isn't writing other people's emails for them with 15 YOE but no super specialty experience? Note that I'm with a big firm, but don't make much compared to others in consulting.

Any ideas of where I should start looking?
