Hello RSM coworkers! I am thrilled to be moving to RSM into a Scheduler roll. I just found out yesterday and want to be as prepared as possible in the next steps.
So here are my questions.
How long does the background study take? I'm guessing admin staff have a study that is faster and less complicated than someone in Tax ect.
When training at home what did you need that wasn't supplied by RSM? My home office is well stocked but I want to be as prepared as possible.
Thanks in advance!

Lean it against a wall? Also, about not being able to focus on either, it'll take some time. I had the same issue before but soon it'll become second nature to walk and focus on work at the same time.
You probably aren't doing anything wrong, it's just awkward at first. You can tinker with the speed and incline to see what works best for you, but really you just need to do it consistently for a while before it'll start to feel natural. As far as storage goes, I just put mine in the closet when I'm not using it. It's relatively small and easy enough to tuck up against the wall.
Tried and failed at a working and walking baddie. I set mine up in the living room now and watch tv while using it. I put mine under the couch when I’m not using it. Maybe one day I'll be coordinated enough to walk and work. I was worried I was going to hurt myself though!
