How's SVB doing? Is there a hiring freeze?
How much is the average time to complete recruitment process at Credit Suisse ? I started my process in July, I would have already joined another in the next month and they haven’t completed there process? I haven’t heard back from recruiter in last 3 weeks ? Does that mean i am rejected?
Do you prefer high base comp or RSU?

Anyone working in Wallmart global tech?
Hi Everyone !!!
This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

Peloton… this is easy
Why would you say it's an easy decision?
Internal role meaning not client facing? If so, I would go with Peloton - you won't have the same progression or exit opportunities at KPMG in an internal role that you would from a client facing role
Yes, but in a company that sells people's time, the internal/non billable roles are much more expendable than in a company that sells products.
Main concern is Peloton having lack of structure, and possibility that my role/responsibilities may change due to unstructured procedures / lack of resources. KPMG concern is whether or not I'd like being in an operational role

Are you looking for a super-structured, clear-cut job? Then KPMG may be the better bet. Peloton, being a younger and fast-growing company, may have more step-up or make-your-own-path opportunities. (From reading your initial message - I, like many others, would say Peloton is the obvious choice.)
KPMG serves you better for an exit in a couple years, assuming you don't have B4 experience already.
This isnt necessarily true, I think you're greatly underrating how well received hot tech companies like Peloton are. This isn't MBB its KPMG. OP I don't think you're "better off" one or another here. I would pick the one you want to do right now for the most money right now. This could be YOUR exit op already. D1 you seriously need a refresher on life perspectives
